Welcome to Hotel Foret Lofts! We are delighted to host you at our facilities. To ensure you have a pleasant stay, we share with you in advance the hotel’s terms and conditions, which can be found in your confirmation message. Please remember:
Check-in and Check-out Times:
- Check-in (arrival): 3:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.
- Check-out (departure): 12:00 p.m.
- Late check-out: COP $100,000 (after 12:00 p.m. and before 1:00 p.m.) will incur an additional charge.
You can check into your room from 3:00 p.m., but you are welcome to arrive as early as 10:00 a.m., and we will store your luggage. Please note that check-out is by 12:00 p.m., and late check-out (after 12:00 p.m.) incurs a COP $100,000 fee. If you have not checked out by 1:00 p.m., an additional night’s stay will automatically be charged, and our housekeeping team will have to remove your belongings as our next check-ins begin at 3:30 p.m.
Check-in Requirements:
Upon check-in, guests must present their original identification document, which may be a citizenship card, foreigner’s ID, passport, identity card, or birth certificate. If a minor is included in the reservation and is not traveling with their parents, you must comply with the requirements established in section 26 of these terms; otherwise, the minor will not be allowed to enter the hotel premises.

- Accommodation
- Hotel insurance
Reception Hours:
- Weekdays: Until 12:00 a.m.
- Weekends: Until 1:00 a.m.
CHANGE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Once the reservation is confirmed, no refunds will be issued.
- Date changes are allowed only once, provided the request is made at least 8 days before the scheduled arrival date.
- If any guest within the reservation does not use their accommodation, no refunds, credits, or transfers will be given to other services, accommodation, or any other concept. However, the amount paid may be considered for a date change.
It is essential to indicate the ages of children in a family group when making a reservation and confirming services.
HOTEL POLICIES:
We aim to provide a peaceful environment for our guests. Therefore, we kindly request:
- No loud music or noises that may disturb other guests.
- No speakers, amplifiers, or other audio devices are allowed in the rooms. If violated, the reservation will be canceled, and the guest must vacate the room without any refund.
- Damages or losses caused by guests to the hotel premises or rooms must be paid for at check-out.
- To support environmental conservation, we encourage responsible use of water and electricity.
Prohibited Actions & Fines:
- Using candles or decorative items from the cabin will result in a COP $50,000 fine payable by check-out.
- Smoking in hotel areas is strictly prohibited.
- Hanging clothes or personal belongings on balconies will result in a COP $50,000 fine.
- Picking fruits or flowers from hotel plants/trees will result in a COP $100,000 fine.
- Running in hallways is not allowed to prevent disturbances to guests on lower floors.
- The hotel is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.
- If a guest leaves the hotel before their scheduled departure date, the current night and remaining nights will still be charged.
- Guests who fail to comply with hotel policies (due to excessive drunkenness, noise disturbances, etc.) will be asked to leave without a refund.
UNDERAGE GUEST REQUIREMENTS
If a minor is traveling without their parents, the following documentation is required:
- Request an authorization form via WhatsApp: +57 321 774 5181
- The form must be fully completed, signed, and fingerprinted, and
- Attach a copy of the minor’s birth certificate and copies of the IDs of the individuals issuing and receiving the authorization.
This documentation must be reviewed and approved by the hotel in advance. Failure to provide complete and correct information will result in denial of entry and applicable penalties.
If one parent is abroad, the authorization must be notarized at the Colombian Consulate with both parents’ signatures and fingerprints. If one parent is deceased, a death certificate must be presented. If both parents are deceased, the authorization must be issued by the legal guardian in compliance with Colombian law.
Only legal adults may be authorized to stay with minors.

LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY DISCLAIMER:
Hotel Foret Lofts is not liable for situations that arise during your stay, including but not limited to:
- Weather changes, natural events, guest behavior, third-party incidents, terrain conditions, temperature variations, and health-related issues.
- Medical conditions, alcohol or drug consumption, or any factor affecting a guest’s ability to assess risks.
- Legal claims against the hotel will only be considered in cases of proven gross negligence or intentional misconduct, as determined by a court ruling against Grupo MGN S.A.S.
- Hotel Foret Lofts will not be responsible for indirect or unforeseen damages.
PRIVACY NOTICE & DATA USAGE CONSENT
By staying at Hotel Foret Lofts (NIT 901.262.684-), located at Cl 42 No 71A 10, Medellín, guests authorize the processing of their personal data for purposes including but not limited to:
- Reservations, modifications, cancellations
- Customer service inquiries
- Payment processing, fraud prevention, legal compliance
- Promotional and marketing activities
- Administrative and commercial purposes (market research, auditing, accounting, reporting)
- Security monitoring through video surveillance
Your data may be shared with authorities as required by law. All personal data handling complies with Law 1581 of 2012 and related regulations.
Guests have the right to:
- Access, update, and correct personal data
- Request proof of authorization for data usage
- Be informed of how their data is used
- File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce
- Revoke data processing consent when legal rights are violated
- Access their data free of charge
By signing this document, I confirm that I have read and agree to all the terms and conditions stated above. I also accept full responsibility for all accompanying guests, who have read and agreed to these terms prior to their stay.
